We participate in congregational singing and mainly use the United Methodist Hymnal and the Faith We Sing books to lead worship. We have an organ, piano, and harpsichord in worship services as well as guest instruments and voices. There is variety in our style, but we follow the more traditional music route in our worship services. During the summer months, we invite congregants to share their music with us throughout the worship service.
Youth and adults are welcome to join our handbell choir which meets at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. We have both handbells and handchimes and usually play in worship every few months. If you’ve never played before, we’d love to teach you! During the summer months (June – August), the handbell choir takes a break from practicing and participating in the worship service.
Our adult choir meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:15 p.m. They sing every Sunday except the fourth Sunday of the month. All talents are welcome to join the choir; we would love to have your voice join us in praise! Just like the handbell choir, the adult choir takes a break from practice and worship during the summer months (June – August).
